All the work of the Russian Drama Theater, which often travels to the districts of the region to stage performances, including unscheduled events, a diverse repertoire of new interesting productions, is aimed at the development of culture of the city, the education of both children and adults, enriching the cultural life of the city. The Russian Drama Theater was opened in November 1929.
