The building of fine arts was inaugurated in February 2015 with the participation of the State Secretary of the Republic of Kazakhstan Abdykalikova G. N. and the then Akim of the region Myrzakhmetov A. I. From June 2014 to February 2015, 3 additional halls were added to the museum, the scope of activities was expanded. The total area of the museum is 2449 square meters, of which the exposition – 1600 square meters, the fund – 54 square meters.
