Kyluet еthnomuseum is one of the unique places in Shymkent. It was compiled by the hands of Kendebai Karabdalov, landed on an expedition in the territory of Turlan after Shymkent airport. Kendebai Karabdalov is a wonderful person. An artist, musician, historian and philosopher, he created an ethnomuseum in order to promote the ancient Kazakh culture.

Inspired by the making of ancient clay pots, especially from one of the towns of Otrar, he founded a ceramics school to share this knowledge. There are many different products made of jugs, figurines, oil candles, clay. Their original musical instrument with ten holes (8 + 2) is listed as a UNESCO World Heritage Site.
