The library of A. Pushkin, which has more than a century of history, was opened in Shymkent on the eve of the 100th anniversary of A. S. Pushkin in 1899 with the confirmation of the local historian N. Lykoshin and served many readers until yesterday. At the moment, it is going to take on a different look and show visitors a new type of Service. The current building is located on Kazybek bi Street, on the site of the former Local History Museum.
